Hi! I’m John Gibson and I live in central Nebraska with my wife, Erin, and my son Mario.
In October of 2025 I joined the Arbor Day Foundation leading their customer service and support team. Man, what a wonderful company and such medicine after a dreadful layoff experience. Prior to working in product, I spent 20 years in contact center/customer support strategy, operations, and technology, primarily in the mobile data space. Feel free to view my CV.
